The Living Planet Aquarium

One of the many things SLC has is an aquarium. We have been to several aquariums (Moody Gardens, Monterrey, etc.) and so we are thinking wow, an aquarium, we should go. Of course not all aquariums are the same... So we all load up on a Monday afternoon, during the half price family night, and head towards it. We passed it without even knowing it. After a u-turn and about 10 minutes we find it and everyone is excited. It took us about 30-45 minutes to go through the whole thing. It was in a renovated grocery store so it was very small. They did have some very cool features like a boat display where the exhibit was on the boat and a petting place to feel the sting rays and starfish and such. They even had a small play area for the kids to climb around on the big, plastic, squishy corals or crawl through tunnels that did have aquariums inside of them. It almost seemed the grandparents were more excited than the kids. It was a great time for everyone.

I didn't know SLC had an aquarium. Were hopefully going there next month, so we'll have to check it out! BTW, your daughter is SO cute. She looks just like you.
