Old Stories, New updates

I got up the other morning to hear Adam telling me he was hungry and I needed to make him a pb&j, mac&cheese and a whole list of other things. When I rounded the corner into the kitchen I didn't know he had been hard at work to get everything ready for me. He was actually getting a knife out to start his sandwhiches. While I started putting everything away he was getting his plate and utensils ready for all the gourmet feast he was expecting. He was a little disappointed that we had pancakes instead.




We bought Zach and Elayna new bikes. They were both on trikes and it was just ridiculous. Zach was just way too big for his but he would never ride Adam's bike. (Adam got his for Christmas) and Elayna struggled with the pedals on her trike but she could ride Adam's with no problem. We let them pick out their own bikes and they have been loving it. We did get Adam a new helmet and stuff so he didn't feel left out. We have been taking them to the park to ride and it has been great fun for us all. They have become speed demons!!!





Adam has this knack for attracting black eyes. This one happened when he went face first into the side of the futon. Ouch! He had a black eye for about 3 weeks and I kept getting wierd looks too. You wouldn't believe how many people asked what happened and gave me that shifty uh-huh response. Adam was proud of his shiner and bragged to all his friends that the couch got the best of him.




One day I could hear Adam and Elayna playing in the bathroom and I feared the worst only to find this. They were just hanging out singing and playing.
