This is a true conversation that Elayna and I had recently.
E: Mom, if I help you can I have an alphabet candy?
J: Alphabet candy??? We don't have any of those.
E: Yes, mom, we do!!!
J: We do? Where?
E: In the cubbard. You know, right there.
J: What do they look like?
E: They have the w's on them. You know, a double-u.
J: W's??? are you sure?
E: yes mom!!! just look.
Sure enough we have alphabet candies. A bag of M&M's. No she has not ever heard the joke.
Here is one from Adam and Elayna. They were sitting at the table having a snack and this is what I heard.
A: What the heck?!?!?
E: What the what?
A: What the heck.
E: Wookie aw honey.
A: huh?
E: Wookie is spanish for What the heck.
A: No, wookie is from Star Wars number 4.
E: No, its spanish.
A: Mom, tell laylay its from Star Wars!

Ember and I were having a "tea party" in her room the other day and she served soup. You know, the one with the little green rainbows in it (celery). LOL
