Zoo walk for Autism

Thanks to all those who supported us in the Zoo walk for Autism research at the Phoenix Zoo. I appreciate the donations and the friends who joined in the walk. These brave souls (Monique and her kids) walked with me and the kids amongst 5,000 others to raise funds for autism research. Zach has participated in 2 vitamin mineral studies, a heavy metals toxic screen study and one for yeast/bacteria in the gut. All of these studies are funded by the Autism Research Institute in Phoenix but more importantly by the donations of friends and families in the autism community. Thanks again for all the support!
Zach sat himself down on this bench for a break. Of course he is not looking at the sign in front of him but little did he know just how it rings true in him. The sign says "Preliminary Results: Lack of good bacteria, high levels of harmful bacteria and gut inflammation in autistic children." This is so true especially of Zach. He has a long history of gut problems and we are working hard to fight it all.
